Bookings
To book a space, browse listings, pick one you like, and click "Request Booking Lock". Choose your dates and submit. The host will confirm, then you can pay securely via Stripe.
Cancellation depends on the host's policy. You can request a cancellation from your bookings page. If approved, refunds are processed according to the listing's cancellation policy.
After your booking is completed, you can leave a review on the listing detail page. Your feedback helps other guests make informed choices.
To modify your booking dates, contact the host through your messages page. If they agree, they can adjust the booking. Date changes are subject to availability.
Hosting
To list your space, click "Become a Host" and follow the step-by-step wizard. It's free to list — we only take a small commission when you get booked.
Listing your space is completely free. No monthly subscriptions or upfront costs. We only earn a small commission when a booking is completed.
Payments
We use Stripe for secure payments. After a host confirms your booking, a "Pay Now" button appears in your bookings page. You'll be taken to Stripe's secure checkout to complete payment.
Guests pay a small service fee on each booking. Hosts keep the full listing price they set — we only deduct a small commission at payout. There are no monthly subscription fees.

Account
Go to the Sign In page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your email and we'll send you an OTP to reset your password securely.
